  THE ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE BEEN AT IN 38 YEARS!. The customer service we received from Steve and Christina was the worst. They were argumentative, condescending and had a total lack of respect. They tried to double charge us for the EXACT same service, and they refused to honor the GMC warranty that was promised to us. If you want a place to feel disrespected and have the worst service of your life, then Patriot Buick GMC in Williamsburg, Virginia is the place you want to go. Don't forget to take extra money for when they decide not to honor GMC's warranty and double charge you!
