  Where to start! I love the challenge the Orange Theory workout provides. I love that no two workouts are ever the same. I love the combination of run, row and weights, bands, boso and TRX straps. I love the camaraderie among the OTF'ers. I love the coaches, their encouragement and motivations. I love hearing a nearly inaudible 'good job' in my ear when I feel like I don't have one more rep in me. I love the staff who keep us straight with courtesy, humor and friendliness. In short, the Orange Theory workout is what I've been looking for, for many years! OTF Williamsburg, VA rocks it!
