  While my husband and I were multitasking this morning (He was going to DMV , I was getting things in car ready for laundry) a lady opens the door and starts screaming at him about us parking in a parking spot on the side of the establishment. Very unprofessional. To make matters worse another lady who works there pulls up beside us in the laundry shops company car and starts cursing at him as well. He comes over me while I'm sorting things and tell me to move car. I moved car. Needless to say they lost a big customer. As I just moved into the neighborhood and have a big family. Their rudeness and assumptions lost a big account. I will not recommend anyone using them as my first impressions of them have lost any business from my family
